Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the affiliate program offered by NextgenGadgets and set forth the terms and responsibilities of all approved affiliates.

By joining the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms:

 

1. Participation Eligibility

Participation in our Affiliate Program is exclusively available to businesses registered with the appropriate authorities. Private individuals (without a registered business) are not eligible to join the Program.

Affiliates must provide valid business registration details(e.g. Company name, VAT) upon request and be able to issue proper invoices for commission payments.

 

2. Tracking Method and Commission

All referrals must be made via your unique affiliate tracking link, which will be provided upon acceptance into the Program.

• The commission is 10% of the net sales amount (excluding 19% VAT) generated through your affiliate link.
• Only sales properly tracked through your link will be eligible for commission. You can view your tracked sales and the resulting commission any time in your affiliate account. 
• We do not apply commissions retroactively or for referrals made outside of the affiliate tracking system.

 

3. Payout and Invoicing

• Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis.
• At the end of each month, you must issue an invoice for the total commissions earned during that month.
• Invoices must be sent to info@nextgengadget.org no later than the 5th of the following month.
• If your business is registered in Germany and subject to VAT, you may include 19% VAT on your invoice.
• Payments are made within 7 business days of receiving a proper invoice.

 

4. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice at any time and without providing reasons.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if:

• You engage in unethical or misleading marketing practices;
• You breach any term of this Agreement;
• Your business registration is no longer valid.

Upon termination:

• No further commissions will be accrued;
• Any pending payments for valid, completed referrals will still be paid out.

 

5. Final Provisions

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email of any significant changes.
• German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Nord-Rhein Westfalen.
