What if the light doesn't work after turning on the switch?

This problem could be caused by many factors, please check the following:

1. Check if the batteries are inserted and with the correct polarity.

2. Check if the switch of the battery box is on.

3. Check if the light parts and the touch board are completely welded and do nothave breakage.

4. Check if the wires are connected to the same color ones.

5. Check if the touch board aligns with the wooden board and there is no gapbetween them.

I bought two products for the Lo-Time Christmas, and they were all neatly packed without any damage. You can also distribute coupons well in store and buy them cheaper than other stores I 've bought a lot of products, but I haven't assembled them yet, but I think it's gonna be.
